A RESOLUTION OF THE HARBOR COMMISSION RECOMMENDING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD. WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Harbor Commission did meet on November 14, 1960, to consider the action taken by the Planning Commission on November 9, 1960, regarding the reclassification of certain parcels of land adjacent to the Agua Hedionda Lagoon, namely, Lots 10 and 11 of Bella Vista Tract, and a portion of Lot "I" of Rancho Agua Hedionda; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1032 requires that the Planning Commission advise the Harbor Commission of their action in the rezoning of said property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Harbor Commission whole-heartedly approves of the rezoning of said property and feels that the development will set the pattern for the highest and best use of the land in question, and will benefit surrounding properties so that they can also develop to their highest and best use. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Harbor Commission held on the 14th day of November, 1960, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Allen, Gaus, Dennis, Miesse and Scheetz. NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioners Osburn and Phillips, (Acting)
