RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF
THE CARLSBAD BUILDING AUTHORITY, PRO-
VIDING FOR ANNUAL AND REGULAR MEETINGS
OF THE GOVERNING BOARD.
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desirable that the
Governing Board of the Carlsbad Building Authority hold annual
and regular meetings;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Governing Board of the Carlsbad
Building Authority, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That the annual meeting of the Governing
Board of the Carlsbad Building Authority be held on the first
Monday of October of each and every year at 10:00 o'clock A.M.
at the office of the Governing Board at 2960 Pio Pico Drive,
Carlsbad, California.
Section 2. That the Governing Board of the Carlsbad
Building Authority does hereby establish the first Monday in
October, January, April and July of each year at 10:00 o'clock
A.M. at 2960 Pio Pico Drive, Carlsbad, California, as the date,
hour and place of holding of the regular meetings of the
Governing Board.
Section 3. That the Secretary of this Governing Board is
hereby authorized to send a copy of this Resolution to the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad and the Board of Supervisors of
the County of San Diego, California.
