RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD
OF THE CARLSBAD BUILDING AUTHORITY
APPROVING THE OFFICIAL STATEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
That the Official Statement prepared by William L. Fieldman &
Associates and presented to this Governing Board, on this date,
which Statement is to be mailed to prospective bidders for the
Carlsbad Building Authority Revenue Bonds, is hereby approved
in substantially the form presented. It is the understanding of
this Board that William L. Fieldman & Associates, the Attorney
for the Authority, and the officers of the Authority will make
such additions and corrections thereon as may be necessary to
bring this Statement up to date prior to mailing.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of November,
1967.
