RESOLUTION No. 7
RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD
OF THE CARLSBAD BUILDING AUTHORITY
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1, PROVIDING
FOR ANNUAL AND REGULAR MEETINGS OF
THE GOVERNING BOARD
UHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desi rab$etsthat trc-s
Sections 1 and 2 of Resolution No. 1 providing for annual and
regular meetings be amended.
NOW,THEREFORE, the Governing Board of the Carlsbad
Building Authority, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1^ That the annual meeting of the Governing
Board of the Carlsbad Building Authority be held on the first
Monday of October ^of each and every year at 5:00 P.M. at the
office of the Governing Board at 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California.
Section 2. That the Governing Board of the Carlsbad
Building Authority does hereby establish the first Monday in
October, January, April and July of each year at 5:00 P.M.
o'clock at 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, as the date,
hour and place of holding the regular meetings of the.
Governing Board.
Section 3. That the Secretary of this Governing Board
is hereby authorized to send a copy of this Resolution to the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad and the Board of Supervisors
of the County of San Diego, California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of July, 1970.
