• RESOLUTION NO. 8.
RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARt)
OF THE CARLSBAD' BUILDING AUTHORITY
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7, PROVIDING
FOR ANNUAL AND REGULAR MEETINGS OF
THE GOVERNING BOARD.
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary'and desirable that Sections
1 and 2 of Resolution No. 7 providing.for annual and regular
meetings be amended. • • - • ; •"' .
NOW, THEREFORE, the Governing Board of the Carlsbad Building
Authority, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER .
as,follows:
Section 1 . That the annual meeting of the Governing Board
of the Carlsbad Building Authority be held on the first Monday
of November of each and every year at 5:00 P.M. at the office of
the Governing Board at 1200 Elm Avenue,'Carlsbad, California.
Section 2. That the Governing Board of the Carlsbad Building
Authority does hereby establish the first Monday in June of each
year at 5:00 P.M. at 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, as the
date, hour and place of holding the regular meeting of the
Governing Board.
Section 3. That the Secretary of this Governing Board is
hereby authorized to send a copy of this resolution to the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad and the Board of Supervisors of
the' County of San Diego, California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 25th day of January, 1971,
