RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD TOURISM BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, ELECTING ITS BOARD CHAIR
EXHIBIT 2
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Carlsbad adopted Ordinance No. NS-778
enacting Chapter 3.37 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code on November 15, 2005 thereby creating
the Carlsbad Tourism Business Improvement District (CTBID);
WHEREAS, at its May 25, 2016 meeting, the CTBID Board elected its Chair; and
WHEREAS, the elected Chair's term has expired, so a new Chair needs to be elected;
and
WHEREAS, the Board conducted an election of officers at its August 1, 2018 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad
Golf Lodging Business Improvement District, as follows:
