VFIEREAS, it is necessary to have a plumbing code in
force in the City of Carlsbad, and
‘@€EREAS, the plumbing contractors of the City of
Carlsbad have recoamended t’ne adoption of the Plumbing Code of
San Diego County; now
THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the
City of Carfsbad that the San D;-f;.ego County Rules and Regulations
regarding the Plumbing Code be, and they are hereby adopted for
the City of Carlsbad, and the Building Inspector of the City of
Carlsbad will make these necessary building inspections e
Passed and adopted t-is 2Hst day of July, 1952, by
the following vote:
Ayes: -Counciimen Ed.@, Sutton, Castopena,
fvlayor hkSlellan.

Absent: Coun cilrnan Grober.
