WFIZREAS, it is necessary to continue the Coimty
Health Department inspect ioxs and validate the licenses; now
TEEREFORE, 33 IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Carlsbad
validate any licemes issued by tb County Kealth Department

that the City authorize an agreement be drawn up with San
Giego County for services of the Health Officer and the fees
be such fees from new licenses; that the City Attorney drew
up an ordinance adopting the provisions of San Diego county
Ordinances, numbers 161 (RE), 40 (XS), 178, 299, 821 (NS),
447 (NS), 145, 302, 300, for the use of the City of Carlsbad,
Passed and adopted this 21st day of July, 1952, by
the following vote :
Ayes: Councilmen Ede, ST2tton, Castorena, Pjlagor
