THERXFORZ, BE IT RESOITEC that the City CouEcil of
the City of Carlsbad aw-thorize the conclusion of a short term
agreement wlth the County of San Diego for %he continuation
of road maintenance within tke City or" Carlsbad and continua-
tion for Ermit and inspetion of encroachment on public streets,
Passed and adopted this 21st dag of' July, 1952, by the
f ollovrring vote :
