WHEaEAS, the City of Carlsbad by the resignation
of the fomer acting Public Works Director is without such
off ioial; and

ness to act as the Public Works Director pro tea;
HOW, THEmFOW, BE IT RESOLV3D by the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad that i"ir. J, B, Bond is hereby 8.p-
pointed as the acting Public Works Director.
