BE IT RESOLVED, that t’m City Council of the City
of Carlsbad does hereby request the conseat of the Board of
Directors of the Sa Diego Comty Water Authoyity to %he
annexation of the corporate area of said City to the said
Comty Xater Authority, ad further requests %hat the
Board of Directors of the i4uthority advise the City of
Carlsbad of the terms sad. conditLons upon which such con-
seiit might be obtained,
PASSZD AND RDOPTZD by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbaa, State of California, this 29th day of
July, 1952, by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Comcllmen Sutton, Ede, Castorena, Grober,
