of the city' of Carlsbad on September 23, 1952, employing U.
Xax Palkowski as Police Ch5ef for the city of Carlsbad,
payment of mileage wzs authorized for use of the Chief's car
as a police car, but no rate or" mileage was set by said Reso-
lution; now
TEX?EI"ORE, 33 iT RESOLVEC %hat the City council of
the City of CarIsbad hereby authorizes payment of eE&-t; cents
(8$) per mile for use of the Police Ch5effs car for official
business.
Passed and adopted tijjs 4th day of Eovernber, 1952,
