The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does
hereby resolve that the Agreement by the City of
Oceanside and the City of Carlsbad for the use of
the Oceanside Ja.il and the Oceanside Police Department
communication facilities by the City of Carlsbad be
and the same is hereby 2pproved and that the gagor
is hereby authorized to sign such agreement.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of December, 1952,
