EESOLUTIOM AUTHORIZING TREASURE3 OF THE COUMTY
OF SAaT DIEGO TO PAY CURRENT BILLS MID EXPENSES
THAT HAVE BEEN INCURRED IN THE NME OF THE
CARLSBdD SANITARY DISTRICT.
WE!EREAS, a legal question has arisen as to whether the Carlsbad
Sanitary District Board of Directors or the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, is the legal governing body of the Carlsbad
Sanitary District; and
WHEREAS, various and diverse bills and expenses have been and are
presently and will in the future be incurred in the operation of the
Carlsbad Sanitary Distrlct facilities; and
WHERBAS, this body is desirous of' making payment of all bills due
and owing by the Carlsbad Sanitary District; .
THEZEFOBE, be it resolved that the Treasurer of the County of San
Diego be authorized and ordered to pay all properly presented bills
when authorized so to do by both the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad
Sanitary District and the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February, 1953.
