the City of Garbbad passed, appPoved and adopted a Resolution author
izing the Treasurer of the County of San Diego to pay cuprent bills
and expenses that have been incurred in the narne of the Carlsbad Sani-
tary District, and,
WIEXEAS, the Board of Directors of the Sanitary District did pass
a similar Resolution,
BOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEID that the layor and the City Treasur-
er of the Ciiq of Carlsbad be, and they Eire hereby au2;bOrfZed to sign
the warrants aith the two members Qf the Board of Directors of the
Carlsbad Sanitary District so designated, in order that the bills due
and owing by the Carlsbad Sanitary District mag be promptly patd,
PASSED, UFWOVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of Harch, 1953, by the
following vote:
Ayes:
Nayst Hone.
Absent: Councilman Grober,
Councilmen Ede, Castarena, Sutton, Mayor &Clelfan.
