PIHEREAS, the City Goa-ncil of the City of Carlsbad, hereinafter
caned "Local Agency", has submitted ta the Directop of Finance, under
the aforesaid Act and mles and regdations prescribed thereunder, an
application for an allotment in t'ae sirm of Ten ThOUSmd Eollars ($~~Oo~,OO)
as the State's share of the estimted cost of plan preparation or site
acquisition for a public warns project, described in said appllcatiom
as "Water pipeline to the aqueduct of the Sm Djego %later Authority,n
