NO. 56
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of July, 1953, Councilman George A.
Grober tendered his resignation; and
WEBEAS, on this date the City Council has accepted Councilman
Grober's resignation;
NOW THERZFOBE, BE IT IXESOLVED, pursuant to the provisions of
Section 36512 of the Government Code of the State of California, the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad by unanimous vote does hereby
appoint mwrs L. CEASE to fill the vacancy for the
unexpired portion of the term remaining of Councilman George A.
Grober.
