resolve the Ikx Emld be and is hereby employed as the Euilding
Inspec-bor of the City of Carlsbad for the term to commence July 1,
1953 ad to terminate December 31,1953 .
It is further resolved that the salayy of said auilding
laspector shall be nvld the same shall hereby be fixed at %TO
Hundred Fifty (.rr;ZsO ,OO) Dollars Fer month,plus an additional
allowance of Twenty-f Zve ($25 .OO) per month as automobile expense,
said automobile to be furnished by the BuLlding hppector.
It is further resolve3 that the said Building Inspectop
shal1 perform all. duties delegated to the Building Inspector or
Building Official in the ordinances of the City of Carlsbad as they
presently exlsts or as they may hereafter be amend.ed,excepting there-
from the inspection and installation of septic tanks,
It is further resolved that the Building Inspector s'na.11 be
required to devote such hours as are necessary for the proper
perform3.nce of his dut;ies as prescribed by ordinance,
