VLHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary that the books
of the City of Carlsbad be audited at the em of each
fiscal year; and
h’YIEERE_n,S, the firm of Everts& Esenoff of 705 3rd Street,
Oceanside, California, Certified Public Accountants , are
engaged in such public auditing,
XOW, TEERSPOKE, BE IT Rl3SOLYZD that the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad hereby authorizes the employment
of tm firm of Everts & Esenoff, Certified Public Accountants,
to audit tb books of said City of Carlsbad for the first
fiscal year ending June 30, 1953.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTSD on this 7th day of July,
1953, by the following vote :
AYES: Councilmen Castorena, Ede, Chase, Mayor IIcClellan.
NAYS: Bone.
ABSENT: Councilman Sutton.
