WHEREAS, W, D. Cannon has on this date sought the approval of the

WHEBEAS, the City Council has en this date given Its approval to
said record ef survey map; and
WHEREAS, the ImprePvements specified In said map have net ye0 been
constructed ner performed on the part epf the applicaat; and
WHEREAS, said applicant is desirous sf filing said recerd of survey
map with the Recorder of the County ef Stan Nee;@ prier te the completien
ef said imprevements; and
WTEREAS, said W, D, Cannon has effered to enter igtas (La agreement to

WHEEEAS, said W, D, Canno14 has pested with the Clty of Carlsbad a
surety bend In the amfs1unt ef $5,440.00 fer the faithful perfsrmance ef
such imprsvement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the ClCy Ceuneil of %he City sf
Cnrlsbrrd dees hereby approve the surety bad executed by Hartfwd
Ilademrity Cempany fer the faithful perfermsmce si the imprsvements set f erth

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Cwneil dates hereby apprwe
and accept the agreement offered by W, D, Camam fer the bprwement
