the request of the City of Carlsbad, Hoe 53-2, State Ho; 53-531,
for financial contribution for the purchase of fire equipmezit,
which has been approved In “nt of $2,573.55:
NOW, TWEaEFOBE, the City Coancil of the Cit$ of Carls-
bad doe8 hereby resolve that the City Clerk is authorized to
sip the respective carbon copies of the above letters and
return same to We Offioe of Rvil Defense, Sacpamento, Cali-
fornia, in order to irrdicate the acoeptance of the conditfons
stateb.
