bias for gasoline, oil and service on the maintaaaoe of
the police car, and such other motor vehicles as may be
purchased by the City, and
WHl3REAS, bids were received from four (4) firms in
Carlsbad;
MOW, TEEREFORE, after consideration of these four
bids and the recomeadations of the Chief of Polioe of the
City of Carlsbad, the Counoil has resolsved to accept the
bid submltted by Sousar8 Shell Service Station, and further
resolves that an agreement be drawn up between Sousa’s
Shell Service Statfon and the City of Carlabad.
MOVED, SECOXDED AND PASSID this 21st day of July,
1953, by the following vote:.
AYES: Councilmen Ede, Statton, Chase, C astoreaa,
&yor MoCleLlm.
MAYS: Hone.
