County of Sazl Diego, State of California, was recorded 0x1 AugUst 7, 1953,
as Map NO. 3019 in the Office of' the Recorder of said County; and
WmS, said map Inadvertently did not name Park bfve In the
certification of acceptance by the Council of said City of Carlsbad,
although It was offered for dedication to the public by the interested
owners of said map; and
WHEZEAS, said mag of Carlsbad Estates delineated Park Drive on
Sheets 2 and 3 of said map; and
WHEREAS, said Interested omem desire to dedicate sa2d Park Drive
a8 a publlc street;
NOW THEIIEPOB, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Carlsbad
that said Park Drive as delineated on the map of Carlsbad Estates, Hap
No, 3019, filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego,
be hereby accepted and declared to be a street and be dedicated to public
use, arid directs the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad to record, attes-
ted by him under his seal, a copy of this Resolution in the county
Recorder's Office of san Diego County,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, this 18th day of August, 1953, 'iry the followiqg
