HomeMy WebLinkAbout1953-08-18; City Council; Resolution 71RESOLUTION ~oi, 71 WHEREAS, on the 4th day of August, 1953, the City council of the City of Carlsbad invited sealed bids for EL pmtieulw automoblle to be supplied to the City of Carlsbad in accordance with the specifications listed therein; and WKEREAS, a notice inviting bids was published on the 6th day of August and the 13th day of August, 1953; and WIBREAS, the City Council opened said bids on the 18th day of' August, 1953, and Pound and determined Dixon-Eeller Hotors, Inc., to be the lowest bidder on said automobile; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Carlsbaa that the bid. of Dixon-Heller Motors, Inc., of Oceanside, California, be accepted. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby ordered and directed to place an order for the car in accordance with the terms of the bid as received, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of' Carlsbad, California, this a of 1953, bY the following vote, to-wit: AYES : NAYS : None.
