The City Comcil of the City of Caylsbad does hereby
re solve :
That the salary of the City Treasurer of the City of
Caw1sba.d be and the same is hereby fixed at Thirty-five ($35.00)
Dollars per month.
It is f'uzther resolved that said salary shall be due
and payable fro3 md after the 1st day *of July, 1933'.
It is further resolved that the said City Treasurer
shall perfom a11 fiuties ieelegatad to the CSty Treasurer in the
ordinances of the City of Carlsbad and the Laws of the State of
California as they presently exist or as they my hereafter be
amended.
PASSED, APPROVED AHD ADOPTED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, this l5t5 day of September,
1953, by the following vote, to-wit:
