EIZCTIOIJ NESLD IN THEi CITY OP CARLSW ON APRIL 13TH, 1954, AND DECLME" FACTS REMYEVE TO S&ED ELECTION,
W€iEWS, pursuant to the provisions and requirements
of Chapter 11, of Part TI of Division 11 of the Elections Code
of the State of Californta, a General Mhnicipal Election was
held on the 13th day of Apr%l, 1954, in the Clity of Carlsbad,
Sate of CalSf omfa; and
W-S, the City COuncil Of the CZty of C8Plsbad met
at Sts usual place of meeting on Tuesday, April 20th, 1954,
behg the first Tuesday after the election, and canvassed the
return of said election;

Thst the foregoing statement of facts is true and correct, that
all proceedings requzred by Chapter I1 of Part IT of' Mvision 11
of the Elcctlons Code of the State of CalSfornia have been had
and held in the manner and form required by law, a.nd that the
results of said election of April 33th, 1954, accord€ng to
the canvass of the City Council of the Clty of Carlsbad are as
