R3SOLUTION RTQUESTING FrXED CHARGES FOR EXTRACT
I~ORT4ATION FROM CITY RECORDS.
YHBREAS, various and sundry agencies have heretofore requested
information from city records , and;
WHZRZAS such requests have created an added administrative
burden upon City Offices.
NQ!S THXREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that any and all requests for extract
information from City Becords be furnished to the party so requesting
subject to the payment of a $1.50 minimum charge. Further charges
may be imposed in an amount fixed by the City Clerk, who shell use
as a basis for charge, the zmount of time consum ed by City Employees
in obtaining and transmitting the requested information.
