on the 30th day of March, 1954, adopted San Diego County Ordznance
No. 1378 (New Series); and

the 18th day of play , 1954 pass, approve and adopt Ordinance
No. 5007 of the CSty of Cgrlsbad; and

'IwHEREQ;S, satd Ordinance No. 5007 of the City of Carlsbad
adopts by reference the provisions of Ordtlnance No, 1378 (New Series)
of the County of Sn Dfego, and
WHEXEhS, on the 30th day of December, 1952, the City of
Carlsbad, entered into an agreement with the County of San DLego
whereby the County of San Mego pursuant to the temns of such
agreement mas to furntsh certain public health servgces to the
City of Carlsbad.
NOW T-FORS, BE IT HESOLVED AXD 'DECUm that the City
Counctl of the City of Csrlsbad hereby request the County of San
DLego to enforce the provisjons of Ordinance No. 5007 of the Clty
of Carlsbad with%n the territortal 1$"ts OF the CPtg of Carlsbad,
pursuant to the agreement above referenced which has heretofore
been entered into by and between the CSty of Carlsbad and the
County of San DLego.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVE33 AND DBCLhkRED that Ordtnance No. 5007
of' the CTty of Carlsbad imposes upon the incorporated terrltory of
Carlsbad the same regulatory and penal provis€ons as are contained
in Yan DSego County Ordinance No* 1378 (New Serfes).

does hereby empower the appropriate County offlcers and employee8
designated by the County Board of SupervSsors to enforce the
