BE IT FERX3Y -%SOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carls bad :
IT IS EEREBY -RESOLVED that a full time firenan be employed
by the City of Carlsbad, said full time fireman to serve under the
direction of the Fire Chief of the Carlsbad Volunteer Fire Depart-
ment and the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER PESOLVED that the full time fireman be employed
for a six months probation period, with his compensation to be
fixed at the rate of 83OO.OO per mo. th for such probationary geriod.
3E IT FURTKER RESOLTED that after said fireman has completed
his probationary period that he be paid $325.00 per month as com-
pensa tion .
I32 IT FU2TKER XESOLTED that FLOYD BOLLOT'ELL be employed as
such firemen, with such employment being effective as of October
25, 1954.
