RESOLUTION NO. 133
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF C. A. WINDER.
WHEREAS, the San Diego Gas & Electric Company has submitted
an application before the Public Utilities Commission of the State
of California, authorizing it to increase the rate charged by said
company for electrical energy; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Caslsbad in behalf
of its citizens, is desirous of making opposition to.such application;
and
WHEREAS, Mr, C, A. Winder has been retained by other cities
in the county of San Diego for the purpose of resisting said ap-
plication.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Carlsbad
does retain and employ Mr, C, A. Winder for the purpase of represent-
ing the City of Carlsbad in the above referenced application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Carlsbad be authorized to pay to Mr, C. A, Winder for such services
a sum of money not exceeding $
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad this 15.t;h day of Februars , 1955, by the
following vote, to wit:
