RESOLUTION NO, 187
WEREAS, the State of California, acting through the Depart-
ment of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry, has proposed to
enter into an agreement for mutual fire protection aid with the
City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the
16th day of August, 1955, has duly considered said agreement and
having found the same to serve the beneficial purposes of the
City of Carlsbad,
IT 15 HEREBY RESOLED that the City Manager of the City of
Carlsbad be authorized to, and he hereby is instructed to sign
s&€ agreement for mutual fire protection aid for and in behalf
of the City of Carlsbad,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1955,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Castorena, Helton, McClellan and Sutton.
NOES : None
ABSENT: Ede
