MAP OF TEW UNIT NO. 5. - WEREAS, on the 4th day of November, 1955, PACIFIC INVESTMENT CO., a California Corporation, filed with the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, a proposed tentative map of Terramar Unit No. 5; and, WHEREAS, the proposed tentative map of Terramar Unit No. 5 was referred to the Fire Chief of the City of Carlsbad, the Public Works Director of the City of Carlsbad, and the Department of Public Health of the City of Carlsbad, such references being made pursuant to the provisions of Section IV (B) (3) of Ordinance No, 9025, as amended, of the City of Carlsbad; and, WHEREAS, the Fire Chief of the Carlsbad Fire Department on the 10th day of November, 1955, recommended to the Planning Commission that the Subdivider install standard six inch fire hydrants at the following locations in Terramar Unit No, 5: 1. The Northeast corner of Lot No. 147, 2. The Northeast corner of Lot No, 154. 3, The Northeast corner of Lot No, 131. 4. The Southwest corner of Carlsbad Boulevard and Cerezo Drive; and , WHEREAS, the Public Works Director of the City of Carlsbad on the 10th day of November, 1955, recommended to the Planning Commission that the surfaced rights-of-way be paved with asphaltic concrete, the water mains and that all improvements be in accordance with City specifica- tions; and, be at least six inches in diameter, WHEREAS, the Department of Public Health of the City of 32 Carlsbad, on the 2nd day of December, 1955, recommended to the 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 Planning Commission that the proposed tentative map of Terramar Unit No, 5 be approved under the following conditions: 1, All buildings constructed are to be connected to a standard 1000 gallon septic tank and cesspools, or seepage pits of not less than three feet in diameter and forty feet in depth and installed in compliance with the Carlsbad City Septic Tank Ordinance. 2, All domestic water to be supplied by the Terramar Water Company, 3. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivision so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water; and, WHEREAS, on the 5th day of December, 1955, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad considered the proposed tentative map of Terramar Unit No. 5; that after due consideration of the recommendations of the Fire Chief and the Public Works Director, it was recommended that the City Council approve the tentative map of Terramar Unit No, 5, subject to the subdivider performing the recommendations set forth by the Fire Chief and the Public Works Director, and subject further to the Subdivider complying with the recommendation of the Public Health Department of the City of Carlsbad in accordance with the recommendations to be thereafter received; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on December 6, 1955, at a regular meeting, considered the proposed Subdivision of Terramar Unit No, 5 and after giving due consider- ation of the recommendations submitted, it was upon motion duly made and seconded resolved as follows: BE IT HEREBY RESOLED BY the City Council of the City of Carlsbad that the proposed tentative map of Terramar Unit No, 5, be, and the same hereby is approved, subject to the following conditions being made, performed and constructed by the subdivider: 1.
