8 designated Bonds of MuniciDal Sewer District No, 2 of the
9 City of Carlsbad,and numbered Ito 60, both inclusive, all
10 bids were publicly opened, examined and read, and a tabulation
11 thereof has been entered in the minutes; and
12 WHEREAS, the bid of the bidder hereinafter named is the
13 best bid made by a responsible bidder for said bonds;
14 NOW, THEREFOXE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
3.5 DOES -BZ€EBY BESOLVE, DZTBRMIINE AND ORDER as follows:
16 Section 1. That the bid of BLYTH ad CO, INC.
17' offering par, accrued interest to date of' delivery and a
18 premium of $162.00
19 annually the first year and semiannually thereafter at the rate
20 of 3$$ per annum for the year of 1957 to 1968, inclusive.is the
21 bid for said bonds yielding and the lowest net interest cost.
22 Said bid is hereby accepted and the bonds awarded to said bidder
23 in accordance with the terms of its proposal,
24 Section 2, That all bids, other than the one accepted in
25 Section 1 hereof, are Tejected and the City Clerk is directed to
26 return the checks accompanying said rejected bids to the respect-
