FESOLUTION ACCEPTING DZDICATION OF SXWR
lsECORD SAID EASEmTS MSEIbENTS AND ORDERING CITY MANAGER TO
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
re solve :
1, That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad herewith
accepts in behalf of the people of Carlsbad a perpetual easement
and right of way for, and the right to construct, reconstruct, re-
pair, replace, operate, maintain and use a sanitary sewer and
appurtenances and appurtenant work, in, on, under and across, a
strip of land 10 feet vide in Tract 232 Thum Lands, according to
Map 1681 filed December 19, 1915 in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, the center
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Tamarack Avenue, South 6s0 21' West, 1032.55 feet from the intersection of said centerline with the centerline of Jefferson Street, thence South 37O 1-81 East, 182.10 feet; thence South 380 031 30" East, 213*49 feet to the true point of beginning, thence South 38' 03' 30" East 406.47 feet, excepting therefrom Chinquapin Avenue
2, That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad herewith
accepts in behalf of the people of Carlsbad a perpetual easement
and right of way for, and the right to construct, reconstruct, re-
pair, replace, operate, maintain and use a sanitary sewer and
appurtenances and appurtenant work, in, on, under and across, a
strip of land 10 feet wide in Tract 232 Thum Lands, according to
Map 1681 filed December 19, 1915 in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, the center
line of said 10 foot strip being described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Tamarack Avenue, South 61° 21' West, 1032.55 feet from intersection of said center line with the center line of Jefferson Street; thence South 370 08' East 182.10 feet;

3 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and instructed
4 to record the two foregoing grants of easements, together with a
5 certified copy of this resolution with the County Recorder of
6 San Diego County, State of California.
