5 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
6 resolves
7 I. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad herewith
8 accepts in behalf of the people of Carlsbad an easement and right
9 of way for public highway over and across the following described
10 property situated in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,

of California, more particularly described as:
That portion of Tract 117 of Carlsbad Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, County of' Sa Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1661, filed in the Office of the County Becorder of San Diego County, March 1, 1915, described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the South- easterly line of said Tract la7 with the Westerly line of Tract ll9 of said Carlsbad Lands; thence along said Southeasterly line of said Tract 117, South 55O 27' West 1043.77 feet; thence North 340 33' West 450 feet; thence South 55' 27' West 103.75 feet to the most Westerly corner of a parcel of land described in deed to Rudolph H. Someman and wife, recorded July 3, 1952, as Document No. 81167, in Book 5415, page 333 of Official Records; thence along the Southwesterly line of said Sonnemannfs land, South 34' 33' East 15 feet to the true point of beginning of the herein described easement; thence continuing along said Southwesterly line, South 3k0 33' East 10 feet; thence North 550 27' East 58 feet; thence North bo 33' West 25 feet; thence South 55O
