RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMTFUGT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO FOR PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED BY THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO,

6 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has heretofore entered into
7 an agreement with the County of San Diego for the County of San
8 Diego to perfomn certain health services for the City of Carlsbad;
9 and
10
11 visions for the County to provide laboratory services to the City
12 for the pre-employment physical examination of prospective employees;
‘WHEREAS, the original agreement did not contain any pro-
13 and
14 WHEREAS, a supplemental agreement has been proposed for the
15 County to provide laboratory services for the examining physician
16 who examines job applicants for City employment,
17
18 the City of Carlsbad be authorized and directed to sign such pro-
19 posed contract for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad,
20
21 1956, by the following vote, to wit:
PIOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager of
PASSED, APpRov4ED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October,
