RESOLUTION NO 227 TENTATIVE MIAP 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 RESOLUTION APPROVING OF PARADISE ESTATES, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad has recommended the approval of the tentative map of Paradise Estates; and WHEREAS, a tentative map known as *tFARI\DISE ESTATES*4 has been filed with the City Offices by SANFORD J, MKK; and WkIEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended the 11 approval of said tentative map subject to the following conditions : Four foot easements should be shown on the rear of all lots, 12 13 Setback lines should be shown on the lots and at the end of "Asf Avenue4 Setback lines should be not less than a 55 foot radiusc 14 15 The sanitary sewer should be relocated between Chestnut Avenue and Basswood on an existing property line, 16 17 The depth of the sewer on Basswood, in front of Lots 14 and 15 should be such that the lines could be extended beyond the present subdivision, 18 19 A manhole should be placed not over 300 feet from the center of Valley Street and a dead-end placed on the end of the line, 20 21 All buildings constructed in said subdivision are to be connected to the public sewer system of the City of Carlsbad, 22 23 All domestic water supplied to said subdivision shall come from the Carlsbad Mutual Water System, 24 25 (8 ) Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout said subdivision so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water, 26 27 (9 1 Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench in any part of said subdivision, 28 One standard 6 inch fire hydrant shall be installed on the corner of Valley and Basswood. 300 feet of 6 inch cement asbestos water pipe, with one four inch blow-off at the east end, and 15 one inch services and 3/4 inch meters be installed, 29 30 (11) 31 32 1 8 3 4 5 6 NOW, THEEaEFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the tentative map, after having been duly considered by the City Council, be, and the same hereby is approved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, subject to the foregoing conditions, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the City Council held on 7 the 20th day of November, 1956, by the following vote: 8 AYES: Caeorena, Helton, Baird, Robinson and Ledgerwood, 9 NOES: None PO ABSENT: None 11 12 13 14 AT~vGg~2 MIANUEL CASTQ A.
