RESOLUTION NO. 234
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 210, ADDING AUTHORIZATION FOR THE EMPLOYNIENT OF AN ENGINEERING AID AT STANDARD RATE 15. AND A DESK OFFICER AT STANDARD RATE 9,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
resolve as follows:
1, That Resolution No, 210 be, and the same hereby is
amended to create the position of Engineering Aid, with compen-
sation to be fixed at standard rate 15,
2, That Resolution No. 210 be, and the same hereby is
amended to create the position of Desk Officer, with compensation
to be fixed at standard rate 9,
3. That the City Manager be, and he hereby is authorized
and instructed to employ an Engineering Aid and a Desk Officer
in accordance with the standard rate of compensation herein fixed
with further authority being herein granted to the City Manager
to place the Engineering Aid and Desk Officer in an appropriate
step of compensation within the standard rate herein fixed.
4, That the employment herein provided for shall be
authorized from and after the 1st day of January, 1957,
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
& City Council held on the2 day of January, 1957, by the
following vote :
AYES: Mayor Castorena, Councilmen Robinson, Ledgerwood, Helton and Baird. NOES: None
ABSENT: None
