RESOLUTION NO, -238
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING flEDICATION OF DRAINAGE EASENZNT AND ORDERING CITY MANAGER TO FLECORD SAID EASEMENT,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
resolve :
I, That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad herewith
accepts in behalf of the people of Carisbad a perpetual easement
and right of way for, and the right to construct, reconstruct,
repair, replace, operate, maintain and use a drainage facility
and appurtenances and appurtenant work, in, on, under and accross,
a strip of land 10 feet wide in the Bella Vista Subdivision,
according to Map No, 2152 filed March 7, 1929 in the office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California,
said strip being more particularly described as:
Beginning from the Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block '?GG", of Bella Vista Subdivision Map No, 2152, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California on March 7, 1929, thence North 63O 49' West, 50.00 feet to a point, thence North 26: 11' East 10.00 feet to a point, thence South 63: 49' East 50.00 feet to a point, thence South 260 11' West, 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning,
'
2, The City Manager is hereby authorized and instructed
to record the foregoing grant of easement, together with a
certified copy of this resolution with the County Recorder of
San Diega County, State of California,
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED on the - 15th day of January
1957, by the following vote:
AYES : Mayor Castorena, Councilmer Robinson Baird,
NOES : None e?&~%m Ledgerwood, Abstaining.
ABSENT: None
