RESOLUTION ORDERING OPINION OF HEALTH OFFICER SPREAD UPON THE
(Assessment District No, 1-1957)
MINUTES.
WHEREAS, J. B, ASKEW, M. Do, Health Officer of the City of
Carlsbad, has certified to this Body that in his opinion the
installation of sanitary sewers in the area on Oak Avenue between
Pi0 Pic0 Drive and a point 250 feet Westerly of Highland Drive
within the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of Calif-
ornia, is necessary as a health measure, and has recommended to
this Body that assessment proceedings be instituted for the
installation of sanitary sewers in said area, by a letter to this
City Council dated the 15th day of January, 1957.
NOW, THEFBFORS, BE IT RESOLVXD: That the said letter of
the Health Officer of the City of Carlsbad, hereinabove referred
to be spread upon the minutes of this Body in full.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 5th day of
February, 1957, by the following vote:
AYES : &yor Castorena, Coumilman Helton, Bobinson,

ABSENT: Bone
Baird and Ledgerwood.
