RESOLUTION NO. 243
RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS A.ND SPECIFICATIONS .
(Assessment District No. 1-1957)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, that BRYL E, PHELPS be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare plans and
specifications for the construction of a sewer line on Oak Avenue
between Pi0 Pic0 Drive and a point 250 feet Westerly of Highland
Drive, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 5thday ofFebruary
1957, by the following vote:
AYES : Mayor Castorena, Cowcilpnen Hexton, Bobinson,
Mons NOES :
ABSENT: lone
