RESOLUTION NO. 244
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TIEE CITY WAGm TO PREPAH3 PLANS AiYD SPECIFICATIONS AND ADWRTISE FOR BIDS ON A SBW'EZ PROJECT ON BUEXA VISTA AVENUE BEWEN PI0 PIC0 AND HIGHLAND DRIVE.
'IprTHEREAS, 'a petition has been filed with the City Council
requesting the installation of the sewer main extension; and
WHElU3AS, the signers of said petition have agreed to
oontribu%e all, or a substantial part of the costs of said pro-
posed sewer main extension,
HOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager be
hereby authorized to have plans and specifications prepared for
a sewer main extension on Buena Vista Avenue between Pi0 Piw and
Highland Drive .
BE IT FTJRTHER BESOLVED that the City Manager be authorized
to advertise for bids for the constructfon of the proposed sewer
main extension.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on the 5th day of' February,
1957, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES8 Ledgerwood, Helton, Castorena, Baird and Robinson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
of the City of Cirlskad, Carlsbad, California.
