RESOLUTION NO, 245
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T€Ei CITY OF CAEiLSBAD FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TUT IS TO BE CHARGED AS LINE COSTS.
City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
That in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
7020, the City Council does hereby fix the amount of line costs,
to be charged to property owners who connect to a pre-existing,
but unpaid, sewer line within the City of Carlsbad the amount of
Four Dollars ($4.00) per each front foot of property, fronting
upon a publicly dedicated street or easement,
2. BE IT FURTJiER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take
effect and be in force on and after the 1st day of March, 1957.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 5th day of February, 1957, by the
following vote:
