RESOLUTION NO. 250
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FIN& &JD
TERRACE, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO SIGN COVER SHEET OF SAID FINAL MAP.
APPROVAL OF FINAL MU OF PACIFZC
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of January, 3-957, the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad adopted Resolution No, 235, approving the
tentative map of PACIFIC TERRACE; and
?JE.Em-aS, the subdivider of said PACIFIC TERRACE has par-
tially completed the improvements in accordance with said Resolutio:
No. 235; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider is desirous of securing the approval
of the final map of PACIFIC TERRACE, and is desirous of entering
into a contrart, secured by a performance bond, for the purpose of
guaranteeing the completion of the improvements as required in said
tentative map;
NOW, TIIEEFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, that the final map of PACIFIC TERRACE be, and the
same hereby is approved and accepted by the City of Carlsbad;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of tbe City of
Carlsbad is authorized to certify and sign the cover sheet of said
final map at such time as the subdivider signs a contract to
complete the improvements in accordance with the requirements of
Resolution No. 235, and posts a bond or cash money with the City
of Carlsbad, guaranteeing that said improvements wi13, be constructel
in accordance vith said Resolution No, 235 and to the satisfaction
of the City Engineer.

PASSED, WPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 1957
