hereby found and declared to be necessary as a health measure, and
that assessment proceedings should be initiated to install said
sanitary sewers; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Carlsbad, be and he is hereby directed to advise the health officer
of the City of Carlsbad that it is the finding of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad that the installation of such sanitary
sewers is neressary as a health measure and that said health office2

lBSOLUTION DECLARING NECESSITY OF INSTALLATION OF SKNITARY SEWERS
(Assessment District No. 2-1957)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
be requested to investigate said proposed installation of sewers,
and if the said health offlcer feels that the installation of
sewers in said streets is necessary as a health measure, to advise
this City Council that such is the case and to recornmend that
assessment proceedings should be initiated for the construction
of said sanitary sewers.
