RESOLUTION ORDERING OPIHIOM OF HEALTH OFF'ICEZ SPREW) 13F"ON THE
(Assessment District No. 2-1957)
W€IEREAS, J. B. ASplElJ, M, D., Health Officer of the City of
Carlsbad, has certified to this Body that in his opinion the
installation of sanitary sewers in Sunnyhill Drive between Alder
Avenue, and the Southerly terminus thereof, within the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, is necessary
as a health measure, and has recommended to this Body that assess-
ment proceedings be instituted for the installation of sanitary
sewers in said area, by a letter to this City County dated the
Ist day of April, 1957.
MOW, THEXEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the said letter of
the Health Officer of the City of Carlsbad, hereinabove referred
to, be spread upon the minutes of this Body in full.
PBSSED, APFRWED AND ADOPTED at a regular meting of the
ity Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 16th day of
April, 1957, by the following vote:
AYES: Ledgerwood, Castorena and Baird
NOES: None
