RESOLUTION ORDERIXG FLAW AND SPECIFICATIONS
(Assessment District No. 2-1957)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, that JACK KUBOTA be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare plans and
specifications for the construction of-a sewer line on Spanyhill
Drive between Uder Avenue and the Southerly terminus thereof,
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of April,
3.957, by the following vote:
AYES: Ledgerwood, Castorena and Baird
HOES: None
ABSENT: Hone
ABSTAIEJING: Robinson and Helton
