this City Council by the Engineer for said work;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council o€ the City of Carlsbad,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
That said plans and specifications are hereby SECTION 1,
approved and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk,
WHEREAS, plans designated kJPlans for the Construction of
a sewer from Elm Avenue to Oak Avenue in Frontage Road of State
Highway XI-S,D.-2-C,B0D, (Pi0 Pic0 Drive) and from Pi0 Pic0 Drive
to Highland Drive in Oak Avenuew consisting of one sheet numbered
1, and specifications designated YSpecifications No, 1-1957”
providing for the construction of certain sanitary sewer work in
the City of Carlsbad have been presented to this City Council and

proceedings for the construction of said work are to be taken
under the Improvement Act of 1911; and
WHEREAS, an assessment district map designated ’‘Map of
Assessment District No. 1-1957”, showing the boundaries of the
territory benefitied by said proposed work and to be assessed
therefor, has been presented to this City Council and examined;
and
SECTION 2, That said assessment district map is hereby
approved and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
RESOLUTION NO. 263,
