RESOLUTION NO. 276.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ADOPTING
A MASTERSTREET PLAN FOR THE
CITY OF CARUBAD.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 23rd
day of April, 1957, adopted Resolutian No. 12 recommending the adoption of a
Master Street Plan for the City of Carls
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of June, 1957 the City Council held a duly
advertized public hearing
day of July, 1957 for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in or ob-
jecting to the Master Street Plan as proposed by ResolutionNo. 12 o€ the
Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad; and
which public hearing was continued until the 2nd
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, as result of testi-
nonies and evidence givenat said hearing, concurred in the findings and
:ontents of Resolution No. 12 of the Planning Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
)f Carlsbad does hereby adopt the Master Street Plan proposed by the Planning
;ommi s sion;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to certify a
opy of this resolution and to attach the same to the Master Street Plan so as
3 certify the same as the duly adopted Master Street Plan of the City of
:arls bad.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Master Street Plan as proposed
hall not be changed in any respect from and after this date except by proceed-
igs had in accordance with Sections 65500 to 65516 of the Government Code of
le State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADUPTED at a regular meeting of the City
ouncil held on the 16th day of July, 1957, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Mayor Castorena, Councilmen Rohinson and Helton.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmen Baird and Ledgerwood.
