RESOLUTION NO. 281
A RESOLUTIOK OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING P S AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR SANITAR RK AND APPROVX!XG
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT MAP.
(Assessment District No. 2-1957)
WHEREAS, plans designated "Plans for construction of sanitary sewer
system and pumping station in Assessment District No. 2 -1957 consisting
of three sheets, and specifications designated "Specifications No. 2-19 57"
providing for the construction of certain sanitary sewer work in the City of
Carlsbad have been pre-sented to this City Council and proceedings for the
construction of said work are to be taken under the Improvement Act of 1911;
and
WHEREAS, an assessment district map designated "Map of Assessment
District No. 2-1957'Iy showing the boundaries of the terkito-ry benefited by
said proposed work and to be assessed therefor, has been presented to this
City Council and examined; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said w rk has been filed with this
City Council by the Engineer of Work for said work;
NOW , THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
That said plans and specifications are hereby approved and Section 1.
ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
Section 2, That said assessment district map is hereby approved and
ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 3rd day of September, 1957, by the
following vote:
AYES: Mayor Castorena Councilmen Ledgerwood and Helton.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmen Baird and Robinson.
